Rates

Off-season rates: January 2nd - March 15th.
Single occupancy is $10 less per night.
A third person is $20 more per night.
Two night minimum on weekends (Friday and Saturday nights).

Breakfast Basket for Two is an additional $20 for one morning and $30 for two mornings. It includes home baked muffins, farm fresh eggs, microwavable sausages, homemade granola, cereal, yogurt, fruit of the season, milk, and juice. (Tea, coffee, creamer, and sweetener are already included in the basic kitchen supplies.)

Wine Cheese & Homemade Bread Package is an additional $25. It includes a bottle of wine from neighboring Rockbridge Vineyard (your choice of Tuscarora Red or Tuscarora White), a wedge of farmstead cheese from nearby Mountain View Farm, and a small loaf of my freshly baked artisan bread.

Policies

Deposit of 50% is required with the balance on arrival.

In case of cancellation, deposit will be refunded if you notify us within 14 days prior to arrival or if the unit is re-rented.
